This site, haileygrice.com, is run by Hailey Grice. This policy explains what
information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. If anything

WHAT I COLLECT

Information you give me directly
  · Your name and email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
  · Anything you include in an email to me.
  · Your name, email and comment text, if you leave a comment on a post.

Information collected automatically
When you visit, my website host records standard technical information: your
IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay,
and the site or link that sent you here. This is used in aggregate to
understand what people read.

I do not collect payment information. Nothing on this site is sold directly.


COOKIES

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site uses:

  · Essential cookies, set by Wix, that make the site work and keep it secure.
    These cannot be turned off.
  · Analytics cookies that record how the site is used.
  · Affiliate cookies, set by ShopMy and LTK when you click a shopping link,
    so the retailer knows the visit came from here.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential
cookies may break parts of the site.


AFFILIATE LINKS

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy
something, I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Those
links are provided through ShopMy and LTK, and clicking one takes you to a
third party who collects information under their own privacy policy, not this
one. I only link things I actually use.


WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED

I use a small number of services to run the site. Each handles data under its
own privacy policy:

  · Wix, which hosts the site and provides its analytics.
  · ShopMy and LTK, for affiliate links.
  · Google, for embedded maps and for Search Console.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone
for advertising.


HOW I USE IT

To run and secure the site, to send the newsletter if you asked for it, to
reply when you write to me, to understand which posts people read, and to
meet legal obligations.


IF YOU ARE IN THE EU OR UK

My legal bases for processing are: your consent, for the newsletter and any
non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time; legitimate
interests, for keeping the site running, secure and understood; and legal
obligation where the law requires it.

You have the right to access the information I hold about you, correct it,
delete it, restrict or object to how it is used, receive a copy in a portable
format, and withdraw consent. Email hello@haileygrice.com and I will respond
within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection
authority.

This site is operated from the United States, so information about you is
processed there.


IF YOU ARE IN CALIFORNIA OR ANOTHER US STATE WITH PRIVACY LAWS

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request
that it be deleted or corrected, to opt out of any sale or sharing of it, and
not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. I do not sell or
share personal information as those terms are defined under those laws. To

This site honors Global Privacy Control signals where required.


HOW LONG IT IS KEPT

Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from
the bottom of any email. Emails you send me are kept as long as needed to
respond and for my own records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.


SECURITY

The site runs over an encrypted connection and the services above maintain
their own protections. No method of transmission over the internet is
completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.


CHILDREN

This site is not directed at children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect
information from them. If you believe a child has given me information, email
me and I will delete it.


CHANGES

If this policy changes I will update the date at the top. Material changes
will be noted on the site.
